Web applications
Laravel and PHP backends on PostgreSQL, organised as modules per bounded context so a feature has one home.
CUSTOM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Every change goes through AI-assisted review and generated tests, and a person signs it off before it merges. One small team takes it from scope to handover, and stays on it after launch.
SERVICES
Six lanes of work. Most engagements are two or three of them at once — a backend, the interface on top of it, and the tests that keep both honest.
Laravel and PHP backends on PostgreSQL, organised as modules per bounded context so a feature has one home.
React, Vue and Next.js interfaces built against a design system and a component library, not one-off screens.
React Native for iOS and Android from a single codebase, sharing the API the web app already uses.
Flows, wireframes, interface design and a handoff the developers can build from without guessing.
Retrieval over your own documents and SOPs, self-hosted LLM gateways, assistants that answer out of your corpus instead of the open web.
AI-assisted code review and generated tests, re-run until the suite is green, with a human reading the diff before merge.
HOW WE WORK
Engineers scope the work, choose the architecture and own what ships. AI writes the first drafts, the tests and the repetitive parts, then gets corrected by the people who know the domain.
A person decides what to build and what done means. That is never handed over.
Agents write the first pass: code, tests, migrations, the repetitive parts.
The suite is the arbiter. Pass or fail, not a confident answer.
Failures and design drift go back to someone who knows the domain.
A person reads the diff and signs the release. Accountability has a name.
Agent time is metered and capped, so faster delivery does not turn into an open bill.
WHAT WE'VE BUILT
Working systems, not case studies. Each one is something we designed, wrote and still operate, which is where the delivery process above comes from.
A modular Laravel ERP — HR, an authorisation engine with realms and permissions, and an OIDC identity provider other tools sign in against.
A Moodle-based LMS, plus a pipeline that turns a deck into a narrated bilingual course with its own quiz.
Self-hosted chat over an organisation's own documents, SOPs and policies, answering from the corpus rather than the open web.
A management backend, a donor app, a patient app and a public donation page — the whole vertical, not one screen.
PACS imaging, telemedicine, hospital management and a dental practice system.
VICIdial telephony wired into the ERP through a clean adapter, so the integration is a product and not a database poke.
Retrieval across roughly 240 standard operating procedures, with ISO 9001 gap analysis on top of it.
Watches job boards, scores each posting for fit, drafts the bid and waits for a human to approve the send.
Also built: hotel management and travel agency systems, a mail intelligence stack, and a self-hosted memory and context engine for AI agents.
STACK
TEAM
A small delivery team. The people who scope the work are the people who write it.
Laravel and PHP services, React and Vue front ends, the database design under both.
React Native apps for iOS and Android, alongside the API work they run on.
Product and interface design, design systems, and the handoff to engineering.
Contracts, delivery process, onboarding and the paperwork a client needs.
Send the scope. You get back an approach, a stack and a plan you can argue with.
